Why can't I see my bonuses in my wallet?

When you collect bonuses, they may not appear in your wallet's transaction log as usual. This is because they use a different type of transaction: Internal transactions. Enter your wallet address in the Arbitrum browser to see your assets.

Why is the round I participated in not showing results?

There is a buffer of 15 blocks per round, which may cause a delay of up to 45 seconds after the end of a round. This buffer takes into account situations where we may not be able to get the end price accurately and in a timely manner and end the round immediately: various blockchain factors can affect how quickly a transaction is confirmed on the network.

Why can't I collect my winnings?

Make sure you have enough ETH in your wallet to pay the gas fee. You need some ETH to trigger a smart contract.
